Apprenticeship

Our production employees have the opportunity to advance their skills by participating in our apprenticeship program.

Strattec is committed to employee growth and development and offers apprenticeships in many of the skilled trades at Strattec such as Tool and Die Maker, Electrician, Pipefitter, Sheet Metal, Millwrights and Machine Repair.  Apprenticeships are state sponsored programs which combine academics while working in the job to gain experience.  Strattec provides support for the tuition while you are working in the position to learn from other experienced journeymen.  So, you “earn while you learn”!
