Associate Compensation

Working at STRATTEC can be very challenging, but also highly rewarding. Our compensation philosophy and system strives to ensure competitive compensation levels. STRATTEC offers salaries that are within your profession's market-based salary range with the added plus of a highly competitive benefits package. Depending on your personal performance, along with our EVA bonus, your total compensation will at the very least meet - and very probably, exceed - the competitive market salary for your position.

Our benefit package includes health and welfare benefits such as medical, dental and vision coverage as well as salary continuation, long term disability and life insurance. We also provide a 401K plan which includes a matched contribution by STRATTEC. In addition, associates may participate financially in the ownership of STRATTEC through our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

At STRATTEC, we provide the training, skill development and opportunity you will need to thrive and succeed in our fast-paced automotive environment. To further encourage our associates' personal and professional growth, STRATTEC offers a generous tuition reimbursement program for all associates.

While STRATTEC associates work hard, we try to balance that hard work with an enjoyable workplace. We observe a "business casual" dress code, with Friday being "jean casual." Associates are able to flex their work hours when necessary to meet personal needs while attending to business requirements. We celebrate birthdays each month and recognize the loyalty of our associates with a service award gift program.

We recognize that hard work must be balanced with leisure time. All associates receive paid time away for holidays, in addition to vacation time based on your length of service.

Our Milwaukee based hourly manufacturing associates are represented by the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union (USW) Local 2-232, AFL-CIO, CLC. Benefits for these associates are negotiated as part of the collective bargaining process.
