Harold M. Stratton II
Chairman of The Board STRATTEC Security Corporation
Harold M. Stratton has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of STRATTEC since February 1999. Previously Mr. Stratton has served as Chief Executive Officer of STRATTEC from February 1999 until August 2012, President of STRATTEC from October 2004 to December 2009, and President and Chief Executive Officer of STRATTEC from February 1995 to February 1999. Mr. Stratton was also a previous director at Twin Disc Inc.

Frank J. Krejci
President and Chief Executive Officer
Frank J. Krejci was named STRATTEC’s President in 2010, and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2012. Prior to STRATTEC, Krejci was President of The Custom Shoppe, a manufacturer of custom furniture. He also held leadership roles at WITECH and Briggs & Stratton. Krejci holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Sciences from Yale University.

Thomas W. Florsheim, Jr.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Of Weyco Group, Inc., Director Of Weyco Group, Inc.
Thomas W. Florsheim has served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Weyco Group, Inc., a men's footwear provider, since 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Florsheim was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Weyco Group, Inc. from 1999 to 2002, President and Chief Operating Officer from 1996 to 1999, and Vice President from 1988 to 1996.

David R. Zimmer
Managing Partner of Stonebridge Business Partners
David R. Zimmer is a retired managing partner and co-founder of Stonebridge Equity LLC, a leading provider of consulting services and financing strategies primarily to automotive-related manufacturing businesses seeking to develop and complement growth plans, strategic partnerships with foreign companies and merger and acquisition strategies. Mr. Zimmer was also a previous director at Twin Disc Inc.

Tina Chang
CEO of SysLogic
Tina Chang maintains a strong background in business leadership and technology innovation. She is the current CEO of SysLogic, and has been dedicated to the community through her leadership and board responsibilities with Alverno College, Ascension Healthcare Wisconsin, MMAC, Milwaukee Public Schools Foundation, Teach for America, WCBA, The United Performing Arts Fund, United Way, Wisconsin Policy Forum and the YMCA-Metro Milwaukee. Since joining SysLogic in 1996, Tina has spun off two technology start-ups SysSpark, LLC, and Cyberspect, LLC.

Bruce Lisman
Retired Chairman of JP Morgan's Global Equity Division
Bruce Lisman is a private investor. He serves on three public boards--Strattec Security Corp, Associated Capital, and Myers Industries; and two private company boards--National Life Group and Bank of Burlington. Prior board service includes a flow control company, an electric utility, an electricity transmission company, an aftermarket auto parts distributor, an engineering and construction company (as Executive Chair), and a regional banking company. He was Chairman of the University of Vermont Board of Trustees and that of American Forests, the nation's first conservation organization.. He also created a multi-year program to reestablish tree canopy in a dozen Vermont communities. In 2016 he ran for Governor in Vermont. He lost. Before retirement, he was Chairman of JP Morgan's Global Equity Division; and before that, he was Head of Global Equities ($2.3 billion of revenues) at Bear Stearns Companies. Earlier in his career, he was an award-winning research analyst and Director of Research. He began his career as a file clerk.

F. Jack Liebau, Jr.
Chairman of Myers Industries
Jack Liebau is a corporate director and investment management professional. He is currently Chairman of NYSE-listed Myers Industries and has previously been a director of publicly-listed Media General, Herley Industries, and Pep Boys. He is also a Director, since its formation, of the BNY Mellon ETF Trust.
Mr. Liebau has been a partner and equity portfolio manager at Primecap Management (where he co-managed two Vanguard Funds) and Davis Funds, and was President and CEO of Roundwood Asset Management. He graduated from Phillips Academy, Andover and Stanford University.
